Can I ship my order to a store?

Currently, we do not support Ship To Store feature on the wbesite.

I just placed an order online, when will I receive it?

Typically, all Qatar deliveries are completed within 3-4 days. Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver within the committed time.

I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows that my order was delivered. How is that possible?

If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, Please email us at aldome@apparel-group.com

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver to major cities in Qatar.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer online shopping and deliveries only in Qatar.

I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?

In some cases, some merchandise may not be ready to ship, and so we may ship a partial order of the merchandise which is ready to ship. The remaining merchandise shall be shipped as soon as it becomes available, but not later than 9 days from your order. If we are not able to ship the item within 9 days from your order, we will cancel the unshipped merchandise and shall inform you about it. For more details, you can check order status in My account section.

What courier do you use?

All shipments will be delivered through our own delivery team.

What are your shipping fees?

Free shipping order on 200 QAR and Above

20 QAR shipping fee on order below 200 QAR

Cash on Delivery - 20 QAR

Can I expedite my shipping?

No, currently user does not have an option to expedite the shipping. We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase
